Victoria Fanning, CMP, is the Sr. Manager of Online Education at the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Previously, she held the position of Director of Online Conferences at EDUCAUSE, a technology association, and was a face-to-face meeting planner for more than a decade.

She supports MGMA’s efforts to build integrated and dynamic online learning experiences for its members. She oversees and helps coordinate hybrid conferences, standalone online events and numerous webinars. She’s created online conference centers, virtual exhibit halls and online sponsor spaces. Her penchant for consistently improving webinars to create a best-of-class experience, as well as piloting new ways to integrate online and face-to-face conference elements, has kept her at the forefront of the industry.
