Research Manager at IEEE

Lesleigh is a Research Manager at IEEE. Her role is to assist IEEE staff and volunteers in making data-driven decisions by meeting their research needs. Lesleigh also serves on IEEE’s cross-organizational teams focusing on diversity and inclusion.  She also facilitates committee meetings and strategy sessions. Prior to joining IEEE, Lesleigh was the executive staff liaison for a committee of community of leaders and young adults aimed at reducing drunk driving. Lesleigh has also taught courses in sociology and anthropology at Ocean County College as an Adjunct Instructor. In her personal time, Lesleigh volunteers for the Brick Municipal Alliance for Drug and Alcohol Prevention. Lesleigh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Lock Haven University and a Master’s degree in Sociology from William Paterson University. Lesleigh is a member of the American Society for Association Executives (ASAE) and is currently volunteering on the ASAE Research Committee.  Lesleigh also belongs to the Insights Association and the American Sociological Association (ASA).
