Tracy L. Vanneman, CAE, has 15 years of experience in association and nonprofit management, with responsibilities including corporate partnership and exhibit sales, relationship management, meeting planning, governance, membership, program development, and volunteer management. She consults with associations and nonprofits to develop meaningful and profitable sponsorship and exhibits programs and is an active author and presenter in the association industry, including with AssociationSuccess.org, American Society of Association Executives, and Ohio Society of Association Executives.

Tracy’s recent roles include Partnership Sales Manager for the Council of Engineering and Scientific Society Executives (CESSE), and Senior Manager – Business Development for the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). Through Tracy’s efforts in sponsorship development, SIOP was honored as the recipient of the 2018 ASAE Gold Circle Award in the category of Sponsorship/Exhibits/Advertising Campaign.

When she’s not geeking out on all things associations, Tracy enjoys traveling with her family (northern Michigan and Disney World are favorite destinations), biking, golfing, and enjoying some combination of coffee, wine, and dark chocolate. She is a member and foundation donor of ASAE and OSAE, an active mentor in the 501c/Association Mentoring Network (AMN), and has served on the Board of Directors of the Montessori School of Bowling Green and the Wood County Humane Society. She lives with her husband, a high school teacher and basketball coach, and their four children in Bowling Green, Ohio.
