As the author of “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits” and its follow-up, “Scaling Up: Mastering the Rockefeller Habits 2.0,” few are in position to offer advice on how to grow your organization quite like Verne Harnish.
The founder of the Entrepreneur’s Organization and the founder and CEO of the executive coaching company Scaling Up, Harnish sat down with us in Denver, Colorado, earlier this fall to talk us through the Rockefeller Habits, how they apply in a nonprofit space and why even though you should track all the KPIs and metrics you can to measure your organization’s success, you should also know when to just listen to your gut.
That conversation turned into a keynote conversation for SURGE Growth, but Harnish’s insights were tough to boil down to just an hour’s worth of video for our virtual conference audience. That’s why, this year, we’ve brought you SURGEcast, a podcast dedicated to offering you the full, nearly unedited versions of the conversations we have during SURGE so you can listen to every example, every insight and every anecdote that could be helpful to you.
We’ve already unveiled the first episode when we brought you the full conversation with “Loonshots” author Safi Bahcall, but now we turn to Verne Harnish.
