Conflicts between colleagues have always been stressful and challenging, and that didn’t get any easier when we all moved to working from remote offices. But the consequences of letting conflicts fester or grow can be even greater these days when we seem to be working more hours and juggling new responsibilities during a pandemic.

To help us better understand how to solve these conflicts, workplace expert Jamie Notter will join AssociationSuccess.org for “How to manage conflict in a remote workplace,” a 30-minute workshop in which he will go over the two most important tools for tackling these conversations.

As the author of three books — “Humanize,” “When Millennials Take Over,” and “The Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement” — and with 25 years of experience in conflict resolution, generations and culture change, Notter will use his vast experience to ensure you have what is necessary to tackle your conflicts head on and get to the more important things on your plate.

Airing Oct. 13, this workshop will offer great insight into remote conflict management as well as an opportunity to receive CAE credits. Click here to register for “How to manage conflict in a remote workplace.”

This workshop from AssociationSuccess.org is pre-recorded, but the live chat will be active, so hop on in with all your questions.
