Conflict with your work colleagues can be challenging, and it didn’t get any easier when we all started working from home. In this 30-minute workshop, conflict and workplace culture expert Jamie Notter went over the two most important tools for having better conflict conversations so you can tackle your conflict head on and get to the more important things on your plate.
