Meet the speaker

Heather Nolan is a marketing specialist at, a forum dedicated to change and evolution whose core purpose is to build badass leaders. Prior to joining the team, Heather was an award-winning journalist at newspapers in Louisiana and Texas, and a successful social media manager at news organizations and tourism companies. She lives in New Orleans with her husband, son and grumpy rescue dog.

Erica Salm Rench is the Director of Customer Success at After working in enrollment management where she focused on recruitment strategy and marketing, Erica Salm Rench managed a team of online marketers at the largest digital marketing company in the Gulf South. There, she supported the web development, SEO, online advertising, and content marketing teams in executing strategies which elevated organizations to stand out and be seen amongst the chaos of the online marketplace. As the Director of Customer Success at, she gets to blend her love of customer support and digital marketing technology in order to support the incredible community of customers.

Chelsea Brasted is the writer and editor who serves as content manager for A former reporter and breaking news editor for The Times-Picayune, she lives in New Orleans with her husband and two rescue dogs.
